The architectural study proposes a new AVION building in Žilina at the intersection of Košická and Nemocničná streets, near the existing Subaru, SsangYong, and Honda sales and service center. The plan includes demolishing the former Slovnaft ČSPH (137 m²) and constructing a single-story showroom for five brands with a rectangular floor plan (47 m x 14 m, built-up area 557 m² + 33.65 m² canopy). The ground-floor showroom will serve Subaru, SsangYong, and potentially a third brand, with spaces for staff and client facilities and storage. A partial second floor will house a meeting room, kitchenette, and additional facilities. The interior features wooden elements, white furniture, and an acoustic ceiling, while the exterior is defined by a perforated metal facade with brand logos and a dynamically shaped pitched roof. The building will connect to existing utilities, aiming for passive construction standards, with 17 new parking spaces and revitalized green areas. Material and interior details will be addressed in the next project phase. The new structure will enhance the architectural quality of the intersection.
