The object is made of two masses. The main mass of the triangular cross-section of the wooden structure is made of CLT panels on a concrete base and the mass of the entrance (exactly half of the main mass of the cottage) is also made of concrete. The entrance to the cottage is from a separate mass on the intermediate landing of the staircase, which is located in the middle of the building and divides the cottage into two parts.
In the 1st underground floor, which is semi-embedded in the terrain, there are two bedrooms with the possibility of placing two or three beds, an attached bathroom with shower and a utility room. On the 1st floor, which is raised by half a floor from the surrounding terrain, there is an emergency bathroom with a shower, a separate kitchen with a dining room and a common room with an open ceiling and access to a spacious semi-roofed terrace.
On the 2nd above-ground floor, which is smaller by the gallery, there is a separate bedroom with the possibility of an emergency bed in the attic.
On the facade, the base of the sunken floor with an entrance in visible concrete is distinguished by material, and the mass of the above-ground floors in the shape of A is made of tanned wood of the Japanese Shou-sugi-ban technique and anthracite sheet metal.
