The building is designed as a recreational building in the cadastre of the village of Černín (part of the city of Zdice) in the district of Beroun. The village is located on the edge of the Křivoklátsko protected landscape area. The surrounding family houses determine the location of the object of the plot, i.e. 2.5 m from the plot boundary of the neighboring plot.

The main motif of the design of the house was empathy for nature and a sensitive placement of matter in the environment in the form of a partially underground structure. The sloping plot of the surrounding terrain with meadow vegetation flows seamlessly onto the roof of the house in the form of an intensive green roof. The motif of ecological, sustainable architecture with a low carbon footprint and energy efficiency is a dominant element of the design of this building. The architectural expression of the building with its dynamic design of sloping side walls and roof reflects the topography of the surrounding sloping terrain as well as the layout and operational requirements of the investor.

The building is inconspicuously wedged into the slope and completes the unobtrusive character of the built-up area of the village. The inclined plane of the roof copies the rise of the slope and thus creates an interior space in the rear part of the building for a raised floor that serves as a bedroom - accessible by means of ladder steps.

The layout of the building is clear, functionally divided and clear. It is designed in such a way as to minimize areas for corridors and communications. And it also has interesting views within the interior-exterior relationship. The house communicates with the exterior through the main-southern glass facade, which is also the entrance to the building. Another interesting element is the roof skylight, which allows viewing, for example, the night starry sky. The building has a main living floor and a raised sleeping floor - the main floor consists of one open space consisting of a living room and a kitchen with a dining room. The space is oriented to the south side. The kitchen is designed in the form of a "kitchen wall" in 2/3 from the front facade towards the inside of the layout. At the same time, it serves as a partition allowing a transition to the technical part of the building, as well as a bathroom with a toilet located on the north wall of the building (i.e. its rear part).

The building has a living terrace (trapezoidal in shape) in front of the main facade, which complements the design motif of the architecture. The terrace is roofed with an automatically controlled shading screen, which moves in a simple frame structure covering the entire length of the terrace.

The building is mainly designed as a reinforced concrete monolith. Windows and window surfaces are aluminum, openable with a sliding-lifting system. The side facades of the building are designed with a ventilated facade with a final treatment of Siberian larch.
