Residential_house

The house is located in the village of Hoštiná, Púchov district. Due to the slope of the land and the rural environment, the main motif of the house design is inconspicuousness, natural materials and sensitive placement of volume in the environment in the form of a partially underground structure. The back of the slope on the plot naturally determines the mass of the house into an L-shape, whereby the slope smoothly passes to the roof of the house in the form of an intensive and extensive green roof, which it supports in the corner a massive stone pillar. It gives the impression that it supports the entire slope. The mass of the L-shaped house consists of two functional blocks. A private part of the house and a social part, the shift of which creates a spacious summer kitchen with a terrace. The entrance to the house is located in the patio, where it is possible to park 2 cars and from which there is access to the cellar and the storage of garden tools. Through the entrance space which it has an emergency toilet, we enter a spacious open room in which there is a living room, dining room and kitchen. The oven, which is a distinctive feature of the entire room and chamber. Through the living room there is access to the already mentioned terrace, which can also serve as a winter garden. In the private part of the house there are two bedrooms, a study, a technical room, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a sauna. These rooms are accessible from the corridor, which ends with an exit to the rear part of the garden. The facade of the house is designed from a combination of exposed concrete, wood, aluminum in olive color and stone. It is found in the form of cladding on the south and west facades as well as a support column on the terrace. The proposed object is designed in energy class A0.
