The proposed family house is located in the Žilina region, Ružomberok district, Liptovské Sliače village.
The new building is located on a gentle slope, the family house and paved areas are designed with the character of the terrain in mind. Necessary landscaping will be carried out on the property. The main entrance to the family house is oriented on the northeast side, the entrance to the terrace is on the southwest side. Parking spaces are designed for 2 and are located on the northwest side with longitudinal parking. The access road is located on the north side, to which the object is connected by traffic. Municipal waste is proposed on the north-eastern side.
The family house is designed as a 2-storey. The area of the 2nd floor is approximately half that of the 1st floor. The family house has the plan shape of a rhombus, while the south-west corner is a terrace and on the north side there is an inset part near the main entrance. The rooms on the 2nd floor are oriented on the east side, the roof descends from the east facade to the west, while it is made up of three roof planes. The facade of the building is designed with contact insulation and surface treatment with plaster, and the part near the terrace and at the main entrance is designed as a ventilated facade with composite cladding.
The entrance to the plot is oriented on the northwest side, where 2 longitudinal parking spaces are designed. The main entrance for pedestrians is oriented on the north side.
On the 1st floor, a vestibule, wc, technical room, living room and master bedroom with its own wardrobe and bathroom are designed. The living room - the living room connected to the kitchen and dining room is oriented on the southwest side, from which there is access to the terrace. There is access to the pantry from the kitchen. The main entrance is designed on the north side.
A staircase designed in the living room leads to the 2nd floor. Two rooms, a bathroom and a storage room are designed on the first floor.
