The building is located in the city of Senica, district of Senica. Since the immediate surroundings are the development of industrial buildings, the main motif of the building's design was inconspicuousness, empathy for nature and sensitive placement of matter in the environment in the form of a partially underground structure.
The flat plot of the surrounding terrain with garden vegetation flows smoothly onto the roof of the house in the form of intensive and extensive green roof and thus creates a "green bridge". At the same time, a terrain barrier is created from the side of the neighboring watercourse. The main facade opens to the south side, which is also the access side. On the east side of the building there is a carport connected to the main entrance to the building.
The layout of the building is clear, functionally divided and clear. It is designed in such a way as to minimize areas for corridors and communications, as well as with interesting overviews within the relationship between interior and exterior. Through the spacious entrance area, where there is an emergency toilet and wardrobe, we pass into an open room with access to the terrace. It has an optically insulated kitchen with a bar counter and pantry. In the next part there are closed rooms with storage, technical facilities and a bathroom. In this part, there is an entrance to the gym and a smaller wellness area, which is located on the west side of the building.
The facade of the building is designed from exposed concrete and supplemented with a ventilated facade with a final treatment of Siberian larch. The proposed object is designed in energy class A0.
