The multi-purpose "small town in the city" complex is designed as a single composition unit. The tower, as an accent, has two faces. The façade motif of the veil with its many window openings and loggias adds to the dynamism of the building. The complex includes spaces for services, shops and sports facilities. One floor is designed as a business centre. The tower has 22 floors.
