The house is located in the village of Smolinské, the district of Senica. As the immediate surroundings are a residential house development, the main motive of the design of the house was empathy for nature and sensitive embedding of the mass into the environment in the form of a partially underground structure. The flat land of the surrounding terrain with garden vegetation seamlessly transitions to the roof of the house in the form of an intensive and extensive green roof, creating a "green bridge".

The main façade of the house, the access side, faces the south side. On the eastern side of the house, there is a carport, connected to the main entrance to the house. The layout of the house is clear and functionally divided. It is designed to minimize the areas for corridors, with interesting vistas between the interior and exterior.

The house façade is designed in exposed concrete and complemented with a ventilated façade with a finish in Siberian larch.
