In the new urban zone Medzi vodami in Mlynica, there are 143 plots for individual construction and 7 plots for small three-apartment houses.
The task was to create three types of buildings for housing - a two-storey chalet, a ground-floor bungalow and a three-apartment house. All have the same design elements of a roof ridge along the diagonal of the plan. The houses are designed to a passive and sustainable standard.
