Nové Bošany is an urban zone for housing and amenities. The leitmotif is green and sustainable housing, made up of 50 semi-in-ground underground houses called mole houses and nine three-apartment houses.
The amenities are complemented by a multifunctional centre, which houses a food supermarket with a dive-in shopping service, a café, three commercial outlets for rent, a fitness centre and a kindergarten. The centre also comprises a residential plaza area with a water feature.
The development is designed with energy self-sufficiency elements, photovoltaics, a root water treatment plant, rainwater ponds and grey wastewater utilisation.
