The primary motif of the house design was empathy for nature and sensitive embedding of the mass in the environment in the form of a partially underground structure. The slope of the surrounding terrain with meadow vegetation flows seamlessly onto the roof of the house in the form of an intensive green roof.
The house is almost invisible from the north side and emerges with its southern façade and terrace from the slope to the sunny side. A typical design feature is the collonaded pergola of exposed concrete, which overlaps the terrace across the width of the main façade.
