The house is located in Nové Mesto nad Váhom. Since the immediate surroundings are a relatively sparse development of houses and chalets, the main motive of the design of the house was empathy for nature and sensitive embedding of the mass into the environment as a partially underground structure. The flat land of the surrounding terrain, with meadow and garden vegetation, flows seamlessly onto the roof of the house in the form of an intensive green roof, creating a "green bridge".

The house opens onto two façades - east and west, which is the access side. The east side of the house is the dominant façade with significant views from all rooms into the main living area of the garden. The layout of the house is clear, functionally divided and uncluttered. It is designed to minimise areas for corridors, with interesting vistas between the interior and the exterior.

The façade of the house is designed in exposed concrete and complemented by a ventilated façade with a finish in Siberian larch or a finish in burnt wood (Japanese Shou-sugi-ban method).
